Conclusion
The Horizontal Results-based Management and Accountability Framework proposes a governance structure that clearly sets out the division of roles and responsibilities of Roadmap partners and establishes the formal processes and mechanisms to facilitate the Roadmap’s implementation and performance measurement.
This approach is based on the active and responsible participation of all federal partners in all steps of the Roadmap, as well as the coordination of all partners’ efforts. Ultimately, the HRMAF is a tool that will enable the Roadmap’s federal partners to demonstrate sound management of the funds invested, the accountability exercised, and the results achieved.
