Listing of Completed Applications for Review and Notifications
The following contains completed decisions and/or notifications of investments in the cultural sector by non-Canadians in Canada.
The DECISIONS section reports reviewable investment proposals in the cultural sector which were approved under the Investment Canada Act during a specific period.
During the same period, NOTIFICATIONS of non-reviewable investments in the cultural sector related to either acquisitions or new businesses, were certified complete. These do not require Ministerial decision. They are listed under two categories, ACQUISITIONS and NEW BUSINESSES.
The information is provided under four headings:
- The name and address of the Investor, with the country of origin in parentheses if different from the address;
- The name and address of the Canadian business;
- A short English description of the Canadian business activities;
- A short French description of the Canadian business activities.
