Notification of Export Delay to Public Institutions and Public Authorities

The Canadian Cultural Property Export Review Board has delayed the export of the cultural property listed below in accordance with the Cultural Property Export and Import Act. The delay period provides an opportunity for Canadian collecting institutions to purchase objects of outstanding significance and national importance for public collections. Institutions and public authorities may be eligible for a Movable Cultural Property Grant to cover a portion of the purchase cost.
