Film or Video Production Services Tax Credit (PSTC) - Definition of a complete application

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2006

An application for an “Accredited Film or Video
Production Certificate” under the PSTC constitutes the following:

• fully completed, dated, and signed application form
• applicable fee payable to the Receiver General for Canada
• chain of title documentation which identifies the copyright owner at the time of application OR Legal Opinion in respect of Copyright Ownership
• summary of the locked budget (top-sheet)
• synopsis
• original notarized Official Designee Affidavit
  

Please submit all the above documentation together in one package. If any of the above requirements are not submitted, the package will not constitute an application for an Accredited Film or Video Production Certificate and will not proceed for analysis.
